We are happy to accept returns on merchandise that meets our return policy as long as it is received within 7 business days from the delivery date. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for approval and an RMA number before returning your merchandise. Any items received without an RMA number will not be accepted and returned at the buyer. If we are unable to reach the buyer within 30 days the item will no longer be eligible for return resulting in the forfeiture of a potential store credit.
Should you notice a shipping error, you must notify customer service within 48 hours of shipment delivery at (347)627-5575 or email@example.com. Business hours are Mon~Fri 11AM-5PM Eastern Standard Time (excluding select Holidays).
Returns must be received within 7 days from the delivery date for a full online credit. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. Returns that do not meet our policy and/or received not in its original condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or will be returned at the buyers cost. Returns received after 7 days will not be accepted. An e-mail notification will be sent to you once your return has been received and processed along with your store credit information.
Returns are processed within 1-5 business days from the date of package arrival. Please note, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. Blaq Velvet does not supply return labels or refund shipping costs. Returns must be in original condition accompanied with all original packaging and invoice. Do not use shoe boxes as packaging for a return; this may result in a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept returns on shoes that do not have the shoe box and are not send without a protective mailer, i.e poly mailer, mailing box, etc. Blaq Velvet will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear and cannot accommodate damages after wear or improper care.
We do not accept returns on gift cards, accessories (all items under the accessories tab), bodysuits, bras, swimwear, beauty products and sale/marked down items.
Online purchased items can be exchanged at our store location in Brooklyn, New York or returned for an in-store credit. We cannot accommodate any in-store purchases with online credit or exchanges.
Please be sure to include your rma number, order number and name on the outside of your return package. Your original invoice with the return items marked must be included inside your return package. Pack your merchandise with care and we strongly recommend that you insure your return and keep record of the tracking number in case your package is lost or misdelivered.Blaq Velvet cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit, wrongfully delivered or damaged due to improper packaging.
